according to §3 of the association statutes

Schedule of Fees and Contributions
1. principles
These contribution and fee regulations are not part of the association's statutes. It regulates the contribution obligations of the members as well as the fees and charges.
The scale of fees and contributions shall be adopted by the general meeting. Amendments can only be adopted by the general meeting with a simple majority of the valid votes cast; abstentions are therefore disregarded.
Provisions of the association's statutes have priority over the provisions of these Association Regulation.
Men and women are addressed equally by these Association Regulation. For reasons of simplified readability of the text, the masculine form is used throughout these Association Regulation.
2. contributions
The following membership fees have been decided by the general meeting:

| B.02 | Adults over 18 years of age who do not fall under contribution class B.01 | 36,- € |
The membership fee includes the contributions for the accident insurance of the Hessischer Sängerbund.
The membership fee is usually debited to the association account by SEPA direct debit on 01.06. of the year. Contribution collections after return debit notes take place on 01.08. and 01.10. of the year.
The Sängerkranz contribution collections can be recognized by the indication of the club member number (mandate reference) and the creditor identification number on the direct debit.
When joining the association, the full annual membership fee is to be paid. In case of withdrawal from the association, the paid annual membership fee will not be refunded.
3. fees
The Managing Board determines the fees. For example, an appropriate rental fee and security (deposit) may be required for the rental/use of Association property.
The amount collected is to be used for the maintenance, care and upkeep of the club property. Especially safety-relevant components are to be checked regularly according to the regulations. Damaged club property is to be withdrawn from use.
4. apportionments
The general meeting may decide to pay for festivities, concert tours, club excursions, temporary projects, advanced training for singers, etc., as required. Allocations can be decided.

1. principles
These honor regulations (honor catalog) are not part of the association statutes. It regulates the honors of members as well as non-members and lists them in summary. The honor order is passed by the meeting of the members. Amendments can only be passed by the general meeting with a simple majority of the valid votes cast; abstentions are therefore disregarded.
Provisions of the association's statutes have priority over the provisions of these Association Regulation.

Honours are planned for the following singing anniversaries:

*) Previous proven singing activity in other choirs is recognised.
Members leaving the Managing Board who have served on the Managing Board for at least 10 years will receive a gift (20,- €). The board activity does not have to be continuous.
4. other honours
Decisions on other honours and occasions shall be made on an individual basis. Honours on business anniversaries shall be paid as far as known. Honours for service and work anniversaries of singers shall take place from the 40th anniversary onwards.
